EDUARDO PEDEMONTE LARA
About
Eduardo is partner of the firm. He joined Gufa Law in 2008, and during his years of professional career with us, he has proved to have outstanding professional and personal skills. His main areas of legal practice are on insurance and intellectual property and has supported important projects on the corporate area and mining as well. His interest on sports has taken him to become a key actor for organizations like Avid Sports and Entertainment Group as a Licensed Intermediary, overseeing their operation in Central America and Colombia.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Recent Work
Eduardo has concentrated his work in the last years counseling projects related with banking and insurance law; recently he has been advising an agricultural investment claim, derived of the effects of Hurricanes Eta and Iota.
