Javier joined Gufa Law in 2017, and since his incorporation he has supported the team in the areas of public law and public-private partnerships, for clients in sectors of infrastructure, energy, medical supply chain and others. He has an accredited experience as a lecturer in the National Autonomous University of Honduras and the Catholic University of Honduras. Currently, he serves as director of the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Honduras. He is a certified arbitrator of the Center of Conciliation and Arbitrage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, and has experience in the public sector, his last public service was as technical director of the office of the Secretary of Coordination of Government 2015-2017.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
