Julio obtained his Law Degree in 2010 and joined our team in 2011. His main areas of expertise include public procurement, public private partnerships, taxation, and data privacy. He also has relevant experience in pharmaceutical law and real estate.
He has worked with local and international clients in the development of infrastructure, renewable energy, and maritime ports projects.
As lead local counsel of Autopistas del Atlántico and Grodco Group in the Corredor Turístico PPP Project, he actively participated in the public bidding, in the financial closing with JP Morgan, CIFI, and MIGA, in contract negotiations with the Honduran Government, and in the land resettlement process.
As part of his PhD studies, he is currently a visiting researcher in Law at the University of Notre Dame (US).
He is fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
