Marcela joined our team in early 2019. She is skilled in the areas of energy, telecommunications, and public procurement. Marcela has advised some of the worldwide leading companies in the energy sector. She has a vast experience advising companies in relation to regulatory compliance and representing them before the relevant authorities in regulatory procedures.
She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Recent Work
- Marcela is actively participating in the licensing processes of companies in the energy sector, in compliance with the new regulation regarding importation, exportation, distribution and commercialization of gas and oil. She is knowledgeable about the requirements and steps to efficiently complete the licensing processes.
- She has advised companies in the telecommunication sector to prepare key commercial contracts, such as contracts between wholesale and retail suppliers of the internet sector.

- Master’s in law of the Regulated Sectors, specialty in Energy, Carlos III of Madrid University, Spain (2018)
- Law degree, National Autonomous University of Honduras (2016)
